Our platform allows users to upload SCORM files and receive enhanced versions with AI-generated voiceovers. The service includes:
– File upload and storage (temporary)
– AI-based voice synthesis
– Enhanced SCORM file download
– Optional multilingual or style add-ons
– Subscription or one-time payment plans
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Upload only SCORM-compliant files you own or are authorized to modify
– Not use our tool to produce or distribute illegal, offensive, or plagiarized content
– Review AI-generated voice content before public or commercial use
4. Payment and Billing
– Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle
– All one-time purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise noted
– You may cancel or upgrade your plan anytime via your dashboard
– We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
5. Content and Copyright
You retain full ownership of the course content you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of delivering the AI-enhanced output. We do not store your content long-term unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
– Inaccuracies in voiceover output
– Any damages resulting from file modification, errors, or third-party software conflicts
– Downtime or delays caused by third-party tools or internet services
The accuracy of the AI tool is not guaranteed, especially as it relates to acronyms or initializations. The voiceover tool is not adjustable in tone or pronunciation. We suggest using parenthetical phonetic spellings of acronyms or initializations in the source content to improve pronunciation accuracy.
7. Modifications and Termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which missionfuelproducts.ai is registered.
